Valero sees Gulf Coast runs up to 1.25 million bpd

HOUSTON, July 28 (Reuters) Leading U.S. refiner Valero Energy Corp (VLO.N) said Tuesday it expects its U.S. Gulf Coast refineries will run between 1.2 million and 1.25 million barrels per day (bpd) in the third quarter of 2009.
The seven Gulf Coast refineries at the heart Valero's 16-plant system have a capacity of 1.6 million bpd. (Reporting by Erwin Seba; Editing by John Picinich)
