SINGAPORE, July 30 (Reuters) - A special purpose vehicle of Indonesian coal mining company Bumi Resources (BUMI.JK) has raised $375 million via a convertible bond offering, according to a term sheet obtained by Reuters on Thursday.

The amount raised was almost double the original target of $200 million, indicating strong interest in high-yielding paper. The bond was issued by a special purpose company called Enercoal Resources, but is guaranteed and transferable to Bumi.

The five-year bonds offer a coupon of 9.25 percent a year. Credit Suisse CSGV.VX is the sole bookrunner for the issuance. (Reporting by Harry Suhartono, editing by Kevin Lim)
