Singapore's Capitaland raises S$1.1 bln from bonds

SINGAPORE, July 31 (Reuters) - CapitaLand (CATL.SI), Southeast Asia's biggest developer, has raised S$1.1 billion ($762.3 million) from convertible bonds, the company said on Friday.

The company said Credit Suisse (CSGN.VX), who acted as sole bookrunner and lead manager for the issue, may exercise an option by Aug. 29 to increase the size of the bond by up to S$100 million. (Reporting by Harry Suhartono, editing by Jeremy Laurence)
