UK's ICAP hires Francis Asher for base metals broking

LONDON, July 30 (Reuters) - The world's largest interdealer broker ICAP (IAP.L) said on Thursday it hired Francis Asher for its base metals broking business.

Asher was previously at London commodities firm Manro Haydan, Icap said in a release. ICAP started to broke London Metal Exchange base metals in January 2009.
