Results of AGM, EGM and Retirement of Director

The Board of Directors of the Company announces that all resolutions proposed
to the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting and the Extraordinary General
Meeting of the Company held earlier today were passed.
The Board would also like to formally thank Patrick Harford, who has retired by
rotation, for his considerable and valuable contribution to the GGG Board since
the inception of the Company.
Following the retirement of Mr. Harford, the Directors combined direct
shareholding in the Company will be 11,392,053, shares (6.21% of the shares in
issue). In addition, Paul McGroary has an interest in the Company, through
Marshall Lake Mining plc of which he is the Chairman and a major shareholder,
for another 3,240,625 shares (1.77% of the shares in issue).
