  SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA, Jul 30 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
The Board of Novogen Limited (ASX: NRT) (NASDAQ: NVGN) has received and
accepted the resignation of Mr. Peter B. Simpson as a Director of the
Company.

    Mr. Simpson has been the longest serving Director of the Company and
announced to shareholders at last year's Annual General Meeting his
intention to retire at around this time.
