"The Rocky Mountain Life Science Investor Conference is the region`s first and
only life science investor conference and will bring together leading investors,
emerging companies and senior executives to cultivate partnerships within the
industry," said Collar. "The conference will be an impressive representation of
the region`s efforts in the life science arena."

Thirty of the Rocky Mountain region`s most innovative private and public life
science companies will ultimately be selected to present to a targeted audience
of national investors. The selected presenting companies will also gain access
to business development professionals from national pharmaceutical, medical
device and biotechnology companies during the conference.

"Given the explosive growth of biotech and medical device companies in the Rocky
Mountain region in the last half-dozen years, this conference will provide an
excellent opportunity for leading companies to describe their work to interested
investors. Both are likely to be surprised at the opportunities for mutual
interest," says Chris Christoffersen, Partner, Morgenthaler Ventures, who serves
on the RMLIC selection committee.

"We believe this region has a variety of exciting bioscience companies and this
conference provides a great new opportunity for them to reach the broader
life-science investment community," says Bob Eaton, AZBio president. "AZBio is
pleased to co-host this event with the Colorado BioScience Association and
provide a forum to showcase the potential of some of these intriguing firms.
