China Ritar Power Corp. to Begin Trading on NASDAQ Global Market

SHENZHEN, China, July 30 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China Ritar Power
Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: CRTP) (the "Company" or "China Ritar"), a leading
Chinese manufacturer of lead acid batteries, today announced that effective
August 3, 2009, the Company's common stock will begin trading on the NASDAQ
Global Market. The Company's symbol (CRTP) will remain the same.
