The Princeton Review Schedules Second Quarter 2009 Earnings Release and
Conference Call


FRAMINGHAM, Mass., July 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Princeton Review,
Inc. (Nasdaq: REVU), a leading provider of test preparation and educational
support services, today announced that it intends to release its financial
results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2009 on Thursday, August 6,
2009.  Following the release, the Company's management will host a conference
call at 4:30 p.m. ET to discuss results for the quarter, as well as other
business highlights.
