DALLAS--(Business Wire)--
American Cadastre LLC (DBA AmCad), a Herndon, Virginia-based Company, and the
County Clerk`s office of Dallas County (the 7th largest county in the United
States) announce the successful implementation of the AmCad integrated Land
Information System (AiLIS).

AmCad and the County Clerk of Dallas County embarked on a rapid implementation
schedule of 10 weeks from contract signing to go live. During Day 1 of the Go
Live the County Clerk processed 1,345 recordings in the AiLIS application,
including 65 Marriage Filings and 264 Electronic recordings (eRecording). Day 2
increased to over 2,000 documents utilizing the new application. AmCad`s AiLIS
system was installed by the County Clerk to integrate the cashiering, finance,
scanning, auto-redaction, electronic recording and indexing to improve the
office`s business process and enhance the efficiency of the office.

"I am excited about the new partnership with AmCad. My goal has been to make
Dallas County the role model for other counties in providing best in class
service to our constituents," stated Dallas County Clerk John Warren. "What
AmCad and I have done has never been done before in Dallas County. Because of
the commitment from both our teams, Dallas County is on its way to becoming the
flagship in the State of Texas."

The new system is installed, operational and continues the vision of the County
Clerk to automate his offices with technology to better serve the citizens of
Dallas County. The system will drastically reduce the dependence on moving
paper, with the eRecording module, and the implementation of the imaging system
to track and process all documents electronically.

"AmCad is excited about the successful implementation of the AiLIS system in the
Dallas County Clerk`s office," said Visagar Shyamsundar, AmCad`s Chief Operating
Officer. "AmCad delivered the County Clerk`s vision of utilizing technology in a
rapid delivery that should be a model for automation projects going forward for
other government agencies. We are pleased to partner with the County Clerk in
improving the services provided to the citizens of Dallas County," he said.
