PRG-Schultz International, Inc. to Hold Second Quarter 2009 Financial Results Call on August 4

PRG-Schultz International, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRGX), the world's largest recovery
audit firm, today announced that the Company will release its financial results
for the second quarter 2009 on Monday, August 3, 2009 after the market closes.
Management will hold a conference call at 8:30 AM (Eastern Time) on Tuesday,
August 4, 2009 to discuss those results. 

To access the conference call, listeners in the U.S. and Canada should dial
866-730-5763 at least 5 minutes prior to the start of the conference. Listeners
