Nicholas Leopardi Joins Calyon Debt & Credit Markets as Head of US Syndicate

PARIS--(Business Wire)--
Nicholas Leopardi joins DCM as Head of US Syndicate based in New York. He
reports globally to Jean-Luc Lamarque, Global Head of Syndicate and locally to
Andrew Schaeffer, Head of Capital Markets Origination US.

Nicholas joins Calyon from Merrill Lynch where he worked for 8 years. His most
recent role was in Investment Grade Syndicate where he was responsible for
originating, structuring and executing transactions for both corporate and
financial institutions. Prior to this, he worked in the Financial Institutions
Group where the team was responsible for the origination and structuring of
Senior, Subordinated, Tier I and Upper II Capital transactions for US and
International Depository Institutions and Asset Managers. He joined Merrill
Lynch as an Analyst.

Nicholas is a graduate of Cornell University.
