Steve Klein Joins CoActiv Capital Partners Canada as President

HORSHAM, PA, Jul 30 (MARKET WIRE) --
CoActiv Capital Partners (CoActiv), a Marubeni Group Company, appointed
Mr. Steve Klein as President of its Canadian division, CoActiv Capital
Partners Canada.

Mr. Klein brings vast experience as a business leader in commercial
finance with him to CoActiv. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice
President for GE Fleet Services, Canada.

In his previous position as Executive Vice President and Country Business
Head for CitiCapital, Mr. Klein was responsible for the overall portfolio
performance of eight different businesses spanning various industries.
Steve also served as Director and Member of the Board for Citibank Canada
and Citigroup Finance Canada.

Mr. Klein also held the posts of President for Citicorp Vendor Finance and
Vice President, International Business Development for Newcourt Credit
Group.
