The management team behind the LifeWorks product line has more than three
decades of experience in the computer accessories business and has developed
products for some of the most successful companies in the world.

Fiercely loyal to their "Live. Work. Play." philosophy, the LifeWorks product
portfolio represents the convergence of computer accessories with iPod and
iPhone. Designed to fit the lifestyles of all consumers from the computer
savvy to the everyday PC user, the debut product line seamlessly combines the
functionality of traditional desktop and mobile solutions with WC style and
technology.

"LifeWorks is committed to delivering the most innovative desktop and mobile
solutions for Mac and PC users alike," said Amin Adjmi, Vice President of
LifeWorks. "The notebook stand, keyboards, and portable USB hubs were created
to enhance the capabilities of any personal computer."

Building on the success of iHome, LifeWorks delivers key products including
mice, keyboards, headsets, and webcams designed to enhance the PC experience
for both individual consumers and businesses. For the discerning customer who
demands state of the art capabilities coupled with WC presentation, LifeWorks
offers two products completely new to market: Notebook stand with iPod/iPhone
dock & built-in speakers and Multimedia keyboard with iPod /( )iPhone dock.

"The 2009 product line announced today fuses the superior capabilities of
LifeWorks' technology with the widely used iPod and iPhone," said Eddie
Mizrahi, LifeWorks CEO. "As a result, consumers are able to streamline the
various technological components utilized in their day to day lives with
ease."

The entirety of the LifeWorks product line and packaging is eco-friendly. "At
LifeWorks our professional choices are shaped in conjunction with our beliefs
about preserving the environment which we see as both a priority and a major
corporate responsibility," said Mizrahi.

All packaging consists of water or soy-based, non-toxic ink, recycled paper
and recyclable PET plastic. Furthermore, all products are in compliance with
the EU's RoHS directive that bans products containing more than agreed upon
levels of harmful substances such as lead. Though this regulatory measure is
not yet legislated in the United States, LifeWorks Technology Group took the
initiative to comply with the directive to help preserve the environment.

Along with environmental preservation, a commitment to charitable initiatives
is an integral part of LifeWorks' corporate philosophy. Upon its inception,
LifeWorks initiated a strategic partnership with the Susan G. Komen for the
Cure(R) Foundation. As a result of this commitment, LifeWorks produced a
special edition product line in the Foundation's signature pink color. One
dollar will be donated to the Foundation for every product sold with a minimum
donation of $100,000.

LifeWorks products are available for purchase at national retailers such as
