Kendall Law Group Announces Class Action Against Skilled Healthcare Group

DALLAS, TX, Jul 30 (MARKET WIRE) --
Kendall Law Group, led by a former federal judge and U.S. Attorney,
announces that a lawsuit has been filed on behalf of Skilled Healthcare
(NYSE: SKH) shareholders who purchased stock between May 14, 2007 through
June 9, 2009. Also included are those who purchased common stock pursuant
or traceable to the Company's Initial Public Offering on February 7, 2007.

Any shareholder, who purchased SKH stock during the above time period, may
move the Court to serve as lead plaintiff in this class action. If you

annual and quarterly periods between January 1, 2006 and March 31, 2009
should no longer be relied upon and that the Company expected to restate
those financial statements. That announcement caused the stock to drop 9
percent.
