LOS ANGELES, CA, Jul 30 (MARKET WIRE) --
Sara Nemerov has been hired as Senior Vice President of Consumer Products
and Brand Licensing at Frank Sinatra Enterprises and Rhino Entertainment.
She will be charged with handling the consumer products program for Frank
Sinatra Enterprises, and similarly for Rhino-affiliated artists. The
announcement was made jointly today by Rhino Entertainment President and
FSE Co-Chairman Scott Pascucci and FSE Co-Chairman Robert A. Finkelstein.

As head of Consumer Products and Brand Licensing, Nemerov will be
identifying and securing new opportunities featuring Frank Sinatra's name
and likeness, as well as expanding existing FSE efforts. Nemerov will also
handle licensing with respect to other artists within Rhino.

Nemerov joins Rhino and FSE from The Trump Organization, where she was
most recently Vice President of Global Licensing. In that capacity, she
oversaw Trump's worldwide licensing business, directing an array of
successful initiatives, including apparel and accessories, toys, mobile
games and home furnishings (the Trump Home program that she created won
License! magazine's Best Brand Extension award in 2007). An eight-year
veteran of the licensing industry, Nemerov has also served at The Joester
Loria Group, The Beanstalk Group, and the Jones Apparel Group.

"Bob and I are very pleased to have Sara on the team," remarked Pascucci.
"The Sinatra family are delighted to welcome her style and ability to
create new opportunities within the Sinatra Legacy."

"I am thrilled to be heading up the consumer products department at FSE,
and to be joining the great teams at FSE and Rhino," said Nemerov.
"There's a spirit and meaning behind the name 'Frank Sinatra,' who is
renowned for his timeless style, and I want to participate in its
relevance for many years to come. Sinatra was the consummate entertainer
providing us with a soundtrack for our lives, as well as artistry in
movies, concerts and wonderful artwork few have seen."

A Connecticut native, Sara earned an MA from NYU in Culture and
Communication and currently serves as an East Coast Representative for the
Licensing International Merchandising Association and its charity
committee. She is based in New York City.
