SIOUX FALLS, S.D., July 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NorthWestern Corporation
d/b/a NorthWestern Energy (NYSE: NWE) today announced that its Board of
Directors declared a quarterly common stock dividend of 33.5 cents per share.
The dividend is payable on September 30, 2009, to common stockholders of
record as of September 15, 2009.
