RockTenn Announces Dividend

NORCROSS, Ga.--(Business Wire)--
RockTenn today reported that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.10
per share on its Class A Common Stock to shareholders of record at the close of
business on August 11, 2009. The dividend, which will be paid on August 24,
2009, represents an annual dividend rate of $0.40 per share.

paperboard, containerboard, consumer and corrugated packaging and merchandising
displays, with annual net sales of approximately $2.8 billion. The Company
