** Spanish oil major Repsol (REP.MC) does not rule out reducing its about 30 percent stake in its Gas Natural (GAS.MC) affiliate if it needs to raise cash fast, Chief Operating Officer Miguel Martinez said on Thursday. [ID:nLU14953]
** Wind farm operator Renewable Energy Generation RERWE.L announced that takeover talks had terminated. [ID:nLU458386]
** British in-flight catering services provider Journey Group Plc (JNYJ.L) said it was in talks with Italian caterer Autogrill SpA (AGL.MI) to create a joint venture of their flight catering operations at London's Heathrow airport. [ID:nBNG541220]
** British coffee retailer Coffee Republic CFE.L said on Thursday its operating business had been bought out of administration by Arab Investment Ltd, a property firm best known for plans to build a London skyscraper. [ID: nLU608443]

** The Dragados unit of Spanish builder ACS (ACS.MC) wants to buy upto 66 percent of Polish listed builder Pol-Aqua PQAA.WA for 486 million zlotys ($164 million), Pol-Aqua said on a statement. [ID:nLU598943]
** The board of long-distance call carrier iBasis IBAS.O rejected Dutch telecoms group KPN's (KPN.AS) offer to buy out the remaining 44 percent of iBasis for $48.2 million, calling it "grossly inadequate." [ID:nLU552264]
