ISTANBUL, July 30 (Reuters) - Turkey's TAV Holding (TAVHL.IS), which builds airports in the Middle East, North Africa and former Soviet Union: * Says fined 27 million euros by Georgian finance authorities for tax irregularities. * Says will appeal fine imposed by Georgian Finance Ministry.
