Publicis set to buy Microsoft's Razorfish: report
PARIS (Reuters) - French advertising group Publicis (PUBP.PA) is poised to buy U.S. digital specialist Razorfish from Microsoft Corp (MSFT.O), Les Echos reported in an advance copy of the front page of its Friday edition.
Publicis will pay around $600 million for the internet marketing and communication agency, the paper said, without naming its sources.
