New Issue-Hyatt Hotels Corp sells $500 mln in two parts
Aug 10 (Reuters) - Hyatt Hotels Corp (H.N) on Monday sold
$500 million of senior notes in a two part debt sale in the
144a private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters
service.
Bank of America, JP Morgan, UBS, and Deutsche Bank were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
