New Issue-Clean Harbors sells $300 mln in 7-yr notes
Aug 11 (Reuters) - Clean Harbors Inc (CLH.N) on Tuesday
sold $300 million of senior secured first lien notes in the
144a private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters
service.
The size of the deal was increased from an originally planned $250 million.
Goldman Sachs and Bank of America were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
