Iberia July passenger traffic down 3.7 pct

MADRID, August 11 (Reuters) - Iberia's IBLA.MC July passenger traffic fell 3.7 percent year as capacity was cut to meet falling demand, the Spanish airline said on Tuesday.
Iberia -- which is in talks to merge with British Airways BAY.L -- said its load factor, which measures how full its planes were, reached 84.8 percent, little changed from 84.6 percent a year earlier.
