Italian Stocks - Factors to watch on Aug 11

MILAN, Aug 11 (Reuters) - The following factors could affect
Italian markets on Tuesday.

BOURSE TRADING

The after-hours market is closed.

* TELECOM ITALIA (TLIT.MI)

The phone company's controlling shareholder group, Telco,
has pledged its shares as a collateral for its loans, Il Sole 24
Ore said, citing Telco's annuaol report. The group has written
down the value of its stake to 7.21 billion euros from 8.84
billion euros. Telco has four months to pay back about 2.8
billion euros in loans.

* UNICREDIT (CRDI.MI)

The bank plans to close a total of 19 branches,
representation offices and subsidiaries by 2010, with a one-time
restructuring cost of about 90 million euros, Il Messaggero said
without citing sources. The move is aimed at international
offices and will save the bank 60 million euros a year, it said.
A UniCredit spokesman was not immediately available to comment.

BUZZI UNICEM (BZU.MI)

The cement maker publishes its first-half results. Buzzi's
German unit Dyckerhoff reported a 68 percent decline in first
half net profit to 45 million euros. [ID:nMAT009849]

* TENARIS (TENR.MI)

Santander set an end-2010 price target for the oilfield pipe
maker of $38 versus an end-2009 target of $22, kept "hold"
rating.

SMALL AND MID-CAPS

RCF (RCF.MI)

The sound and lighting system company's first-half net
profit fell to 300,000 euros from 2.4 million a year earlier, it
said in a statement on Monday. It added there was an improvement
in the second quarter.

MIRATO MIRT.MI

The toiletries and cosmetics firm has appointed Mediobanca
SpA (MDBI.MI) to advise on the valuation put on the company by
the delisting offer from its main shareholders, the company said
in a statement on Monday.

* DAVIDE CAMPARI-MILANO (CPRI.MI)

Deutsche Bank cut its rating on the drinks company to "hold"
from "buy".
