UPDATE 1-Medical House says gets potential offer approach

Aug 12 (Reuters) - Specialist drug delivery company Medical House Plc MLH.L said on Wednesday it received a potential offer approach, sending its shares up as much as 55 percent to a new 52-week high.

However, the company, which specialises in the development and supply of innovative delivery systems for injectable drugs, did not reveal any further details.

Shares of the company were up 7.50 pence at 21.75 pence at 1155 GMT on the London Stock Exchange. (Reporting by Ramkumar in Bangalore; Editing by Maju Samuel)
