 *ISTANBUL - The Turkish Treasury will hold two swap
auctions. It will buy back Oct. 7, 2009, discount paper and tap
the May 11, 2011, benchmark bond. It will also buy back Feb. 17,
2010, paper and issue April 2, 2014, bonds, the statement said.
