FACTBOX: Security developments in Afghanistan
(Reuters) - Following are security developments in Afghanistan at 10:30 a.m. EDT (1430 GMT) on Saturday:

KABUL - A suicide car bomber killed at least seven civilians and wounded nearly 100 outside the headquarters of the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in central Kabul, the Defense Ministry said. ISAF spokesman Brigadier General Eric Tremblay said some ISAF members were wounded but none killed.
URUZGAN - Afghan troops, backed by foreign air power, killed about 29 Taliban insurgents in an operation in southern Uruzgan province overnight, Defense Ministry spokesman General Sher Mohammad Zazai said.
KHOST - Thirteen insurgents were killed in an air strike called in by Afghan and foreign soldiers on a Taliban meeting in the Spera district of eastern Khost province Friday, said Kochai Nasiri, a spokesman for the provincial governor.
* KABUL - Four civilians were killed when their vehicle was hit by a remote-controlled roadside bomb on the northern outskirts of the capital, Kabul, the Interior Ministry said.
PAKTIKA - Afghan security forces killed two insurgents in clashes in eastern Paktika province Friday, the Defense Ministry said in a statement. Two soldiers were wounded, it said.
