UBS (UBSN.VX)

Swiss bank UBS AG (UBSN.VX) said it has hired Olivia Ker and Tom Price to join the global commodities team, Bloomberg reported. Ker and Price are both from Bank of America Merrill Lynch & Co.

CITADEL INVESTMENT GROUP

Hedge fund Citadel, which launched an investment banking group earlier this year, has hired a senior Citigroup Inc (C.N) financial institutions investment banker, a source familiar with the matter said on Friday.

A Citigroup spokesman confirmed Craig Stine, a managing director in the bank's financial institutions investment banking team, had left the firm. [ID:nN14292351]

Bank holding company UCBH Holdings Inc said it has appointed Joseph Vaez to its board of directors. [ID:nWNBB6253]

CHEYNE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLP
