Zaldiva, Inc. to Tap Into Social Media and Expand Its Marketing Initiatives
Via Facebook, Twitter, MySpace and YouTube
Top Social Networks boast hundreds of millions of online-savvy consumers

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Aug. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Zaldiva, Inc. (OTC
Bulletin Board: ZLDV), (Xetra/Frankfurt Exchange: UZ8), a specialty and online
retailer of new and vintage Pop Culture collectibles, comic books and
memorabilia announced today that it will begin establishing a presence on
social networking sites, including Facebook, MySpace, YouTube and Twitter.

"Zaldiva is already online in a big way, with our www.zaldiva.com website
being recently revamped and tied into our brick and mortar inventory control
system," commented Nicole Leigh, CEO of Zaldiva, Inc. "Embracing Social Media
sites like YouTube is something we have dabbled in with our videos and
podcasts, but we feel there is much more we can do to expand our online brand
and really create a dominating presence in our industry."

Zaldiva.com podcasts can be found in the iTunes store by searching Zaldiva
Podcasts. The podcasts are also available on YouTube at
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H0QOwARpHrE. The Company also has a
relationship with ebay as a reseller, operating a very successful ebay
drop-off business from within its retail location in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

"Facebook alone has over 200 million users," continued Leigh. "It makes sense
to reach out to these people and speak to them where they are living online.
We feel strongly that Social Media can greatly enhance a brand's image and in
some cases, when executed properly, really have a positive impact on
revenues."

The Company expects to begin development of its Social Media presence
immediately. A blog, interactive YouTube channel, Facebook Fan Page, MySpace
business listing and Twitter account will form the foundation of the company's
initiative.

"We expect a lot of customer participation and feedback. Our clientele spend
a lot of time on the Internet and we know that engaging them in a dialog will
be beneficial to our business. We are really looking forward to rolling out
this program and getting more involved with our customers directly," concluded
Leigh.

iTunes, Facebook, YouTube, MySpace, ebay and Twitter are trademarks owned by
those companies.
