High-touch, Personalized Service Incorporates Dedicated Support to Increase the
Return on Investment for Blue Coat Deployments

Delivery Networking, today introduced BlueTouch Essential, a strategic service
offering that enables customers to increase the return on their investment in
the Blue Coat Application Delivery Network infrastructure. The BlueTouch
Essential service offering combines in-depth knowledge of a customer`s network
with proactive services to minimize downtime and speed time to resolution for
service requests. 

BlueTouch Essential is a personalized service, and each customer is assigned a
Blue Coat technical account manager as a single point of contact for its
technical support needs. These senior level engineers build an in-depth
knowledge of the customer`s network topology through detailed documentation,
technical reviews, preventive action plans, recommendations and proactive
account management to expedite case resolution and minimize downtime.

that include recommendations for optimizing the network to meet evolving
business requirements. 

BlueTouch Essential also includes flexible training credits that enable
customers to create personalized training programs designed to meet their unique
requirements. Certification training enables customers to train technical staff
and gain operational efficiencies that help to minimize downtime and expedite
time-to-resolution.
