Apple iPhone and iPod Touch Users Take Business On the Road, Into the Air and
Anywhere With LogMeIn Ignition for iPhone

WOBURN, Mass., Aug. 17, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Apple iPhone and iPod touch
users everywhere are enjoying the freedom and productivity of anytime, anywhere
computer access with LogMeIn Ignition for iPhone and iPod touch. With one click
from their Apple device, users securely access their Internet-enabled office and
home computers - including all the applications and files on them - and work as
if they were sitting in front of them. In fact, a recent survey by LogMeIn
revealed that 57 percent of Ignition for iPhone users now leave their laptops at
home at least half the time in favor of carrying their Apple device.

As part of LogMeIn's FreeMeUp campaign, highlighting the ways remote access
increases mobile productivity for individuals and businesses, LogMeIn will offer
Ignition for iPhone at a special promotional price of $19.99 (regularly priced
at $29.99, international prices vary by currency) for a four-hour period
sometime this week. LogMeIn's four-hour FreeMeUp promotion will be announced via
Twitter. Follow LogMeIn on Twitter at www.twitter.com/LogMeInNews to find out
exactly when the promotion begins.

LogMeIn Ignition for iPhone Users Share Their Stories of Mobile Productivity

A lifesaver: According to Dr. Aka Gvakharia, a physician in practice with the
Cardiology of Virginia group, "when it comes to cardiac care, time and
information are both critical." He uses Ignition for iPhone to securely(i)
access vital patient records located on his office PC while treating patients at
three hospitals around the Richmond area. In a recent case, he was able to
access a patient's record from the ER at 3:30 in the morning while the patient
was being resuscitated from cardiac arrest. "Ignition for iPhone gives me the
information I need to decide the best course of action."

Mile-high IT support: R. Chad Bingham, an IT manager for a U.S. meat
distribution business, fixed a salesperson's computer while the salesperson was
flying across the country using the in-flight Wi-Fi. From his parked car, Chad
used his iPhone with LogMeIn Ignition to connect to the employee's computer,
take control and fix the issue. Now that's mobility.

A tale of two assignments: Steve Labrum, a road warrior entrepreneur, needed an
easy way to work remotely for two different companies without carrying two
separate laptops. LogMeIn Ignition for iPhone gives him fast, secure access to
key programs and information, from wherever he travels, helping him keep his
business moving quickly - and his laptops at home.

Booking along: Online specialty book retailer Neil Shapiro uses LogMeIn Ignition
for iPhone to stay connected to his business and customers while traveling.
Shapiro says, "In my experience, no other program comes close to the speed, ease
of use and general reliability of LogMeIn. It's almost like being at the
computer, it's that fast."

Further the cause: Jason Farque uses LogMeIn Ignition for iPhone to control a
GPU folding farm, Atlas Folder, which is dedicated to finding a cure for
Huntington's disease. Check out his video demonstration at
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RXZj39YuxCs.

"Since the launch of LogMeIn Ignition for iPhone and iPod touch, our customers
have found many unique uses for our remote access technology," said Andrew
Burton, vice president, SMB and Consumer products, LogMeIn. "These examples
demonstrate the impact that remote access can have on our everyday lives,
productivity and business competitiveness."

LogMeIn Ignition for iPhone and iPod touch connects to desktops and laptops
running LogMeIn Pro, LogMeIn Free or LogMeIn IT Reach and can be used to control
Windows-based PCs and Apple computers.(ii) Additional information, including a
