SubHub Customers Get New Distribution Opportunity to More than 200,000 Web
Publishers and 60 Million Users in the Conduit Network
LONDON--(Business Wire)--
SubHub (www.subhub.com), the leading membership website platform, and Conduit
(www.conduit.com), enabling web publishers to distribute their offerings
directly and indirectly through its global network of publishers, have today
launched their new commercial partnership. SubHub clients will now have direct
access to Conduit's free SaaS platform on which they can create new marketing
tools and distribute content and applications to millions of members in the
Conduit network.

As part of the relationship, the companies have created a co-branded site at
www.subhub.com/conduit, providing SubHub site owners with the ability to quickly
and easily create a branded, custom community toolbar for Internet Explorer,
Firefox and Safari. Further, SubHub customers will have the opportunity to add
applications and content to the Conduit Marketplace for distribution to the
Conduit Network of more than 200,000 web publishers and 60 million users.

The award-winning, patented Conduit Platform includes an intuitive development
environment and no technical skills are required to create and deploy a custom
community toolbar or distribute online content to other members of the Conduit
Network in a few simple steps. The complete online marketing solution by Conduit
also provides tools for each step of the online marketing process including
promotional tools, Desktop Alerts, and rich analytics.

"We have partnered with leading technologies such as Constant Contact, WidgetBox
and iDev Direct, and are now extremely pleased to add the Conduit Platform to
complete our marketing toolkit," says Evan Rudowski, CEO of SubHub. "Conduit
further extends the ability of SubHub site owners to not only build great,
compelling membership websites, but also offer other value-added content to
their website visitors wherever they are on the web."

"This partnership is a natural fit for Conduit because SubHub is building a
complete marketing offering for its customers," said Adam Boyden, president of
Conduit. "Both SubHub and Conduit focus on providing superior value for website
publishers and our partnership will make it easy for more site owners to conduit
their site and distribute their content and applications to millions."
