TEMECULA, CA, Aug 17 (MARKET WIRE) --
PlantCML(R), an EADS North America company, working with communications
integration provider, COMSOUTH, announces the latest next generation
public safety emergency call center upgrade with the PlantCML
Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) solution, ORION(TM) ARIES(R).

The ORION ARIES computer-aided dispatch solution is a map-centric
application delivering incident data directly to the desktop. Call takers
can track every resource, view premise history and access supplemental
information (e.g., unit recommendations, SOPs, HAZMAT instructions).
Information is provided on-demand, operator performance is instantly
enhanced and response capabilities are dramatically improved.

"When it came time to upgrade our CAD system to a solution that can grow
with us, a decision was made to again team up with PlantCML and COMSOUTH,"
said Jeff Mayo, 9-1-1 director, Neshoba County Emergency Management Agency
(NEMA). "The partnership between these two companies enabled us to
implement a state-of-the-art CAD solution that is operating exceptionally
well with VESTA(R) Pallas(TM). Both companies provided a premier
integrated dispatch and call processing solution for our call center with
the features and capabilities needed to ensure we are able to focus on
our most important task -- providing help as efficiently and effectively
as possible to those in need."

NEMA is the primary emergency call center for Philadelphia, Mississippi,
and the unincorporated area of Neshoba County. With three call taker
positions to assist the more than 30,000 citizens of Neshoba County, NEMA
has the capabilities and functionality to field administrative and
emergency calls, as well as to dispatch first responders to natural,
man-made and technological disasters, including severe weather emergencies
(i.e., thunderstorms, tornadoes, floods, fires and hazardous materials
incidents). The center serves as the dispatch and coordinating entity for
17 agencies and departments.

"Neshoba County is a prime example of how an emergency call center is
looking to improve their call processing and mapping solutions to better
serve their community," said Dave Rutan, CEO, PlantCML. "Wanting to
utilize a next-generational map-based solution to leverage existing and
future GIS capabilities with advanced notification functionality is a
progressive business decision. Ultimately, we want all call centers to be
as dependable as possible to protect life and property, and Neshoba
County is doing just that."

COMSOUTH has been a Motorola Service Center since 1956 with a trained
staff of experienced and committed service professionals. The Service
Center utilizes the latest test equipment and maintains a wide-ranging
inventory of factory original parts. The COMSOUTH installation team
performs mobile, fixed equipment, console, bus, crane and antenna tower
installations.

The ORION(TM) ARIES(R) solution offers such standard features as duplicate
call detection, multiple incident display and browser-based reporting. Its
modern, multi-tier architecture accommodates integration with third-party
software, including ESRI-based shape files. The ORION ARIES solution can
be deployed with existing PlantCML VESTA(R) systems, further reducing
support costs and eliminating the need for additional equipment.

Ease of use and integration make the ORION ARIES solution the ideal CAD
for mission-critical environments. This is especially true for small- to
medium-size operations seeking to expand their response capabilities with
limited resources. PlantCML customers nationwide will attest to the
flexibility, affordability and reliability of the ORION ARIES system.
