Dr. Kobriger has been an executive with several financial institutions,

Bank. Dr. Kobriger formerly served as manager of internal audits at Maricopa
County Assessor`s Office. He has held a variety of leadership positions and was
elected president of the Phoenix Chapter of the Appraisal Institute
