White Joins Parsons as Business Development Director Infrastructure & Technology

PASADENA, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
Parsons is pleased to announce that Anthony J. White has joined the company as
Business Development Director in the Energy, Systems & Security Division of its
Infrastructure & Technology group. In this role, he will be responsible for
expanding Parsons` focus in the area of mission-critical facilities for the U.S.
Intelligence Community.

As an active U.S. Marine Corps Reserve (USMC) Colonel, Mr. White was assigned to
the Terrorist Threat Integration Center in November 2004-the National
Counterterrorism Center`s (NCTC) predecessor-where he served as a Foreign
Liaison Officer, Domestic Liaison Branch Chief, Network Program Manager,
Executive Officer to the Chief Information Officer, and finally as Chief,
Operations Management Group, for the Directorate of Operation Support.

Prior to his assignment at NCTC, Mr. White served as both the USMC`s Senior
Liaison Officer between the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)
and the Director of Intelligence at Headquarters (HQ) Marine Corps and as the
Operations Officer to the Joint Reserve Intelligence Program, Program Management
Office. Prior to that he served as the Operations Officer for the Assistant
Chief of Staff for Intelligence (G2), HQ Marine Forces Pacific, where he was
initially mobilized to active duty following the attacks of September 11, 2001.
Mr. White also has more than 15 years of sales, sales management, and marketing
management experience in the private sector.

A native of Los Angeles, California, Mr. White graduated from California
Lutheran University in 1983. He also attended the Joint Military Intelligence
College at DIA, where he received a postgraduate Intelligence Certificate. Mr.
White recently received a Legion of Merit award for finishing his service at the
National Counterterrorism Center. He is based in Washington, D.C.
