Oxea Announces Price Increases / Sales Control

DALLAS--(Business Wire)--
On August 10, Oxea announced a set of price increases effective September 1,
2009. Unfortunately, the raw material pricing situation faced by Oxea`s solvents
business has continued to increase at an unexpectedly rapid pace. As a result
Oxea must adjust the previously announced price increase and replace it with the
following, effective September 1, 2009:

The previously announced 100 percent sales control will continue.
