Aramaki Joins McCann SLC as Chief Digital Officer

SALT LAKE CITY, Aug. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Craig Aramaki is joining McCann
Erickson Salt Lake City as Senior VP, Chief Digital Officer, from Euro RSCG
where he was one of five members of Euro RSCG's North American Digital
leadership Team and President of Digital Services for Euro RSCG Edge.  The
news was announced today by Dave Boede, President of McCann SLC, and is
effective immediately.  

Aramaki's role will be focused upon helping McCann SLC continue to build a
Digital Center of Excellence for the broader McCann network, helping to drive
business development opportunities and managing agency-wide digital resources.
  In addition, he will oversee McCann SLC's network partner relationships that
are focused upon digitally driven-accounts including Purina, American
Airlines, Northrop Grumman and First Niagara Bank.

Aramaki's background includes over 20 years of experience in the
advertising/marketing industry with most of that time focused upon digital
marketing.  Most recently, he managed Euro RSCG Edge's Portland-based digital
unit with responsibility for offices in Boston, San Francisco, Salt Lake City
and San Diego.  He helped the Euro Portland digital group grow into a fully
integrated and business critical element of the Euro RSCG network, and
directly oversaw the agency's digital clients, including Adobe, Visa, Barclays
Global Investors, Standard Insurance, Lexmark and Symantec digital businesses.
 He has been an active member of Euro's new business team, playing a key role
in successful pitches for technology, financial, restaurant and packaged goods
businesses, among others.  

Earlier he was managing director of the interactive division of Salt lake
City-based Dahlin Smith White.  Previously he was an attorney and holds both a
Juris Doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young
University and a BA degree in marketing from that University.
