Fitch Withdraws Rating on Texas PFA GO Series 2009B-2

NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
Fitch Ratings has withdrawn the 'AA+' rating on Texas Public Finance Authority,
State of Texas general obligation (GO) bonds, series 2009B-2, and corrected the
series name to reflect the final sale information. The final sale, which took
place on Aug. 11, 2009, consisted entirely of taxable GO bonds, series 2009B
(Build America Bonds - Direct Payment to Issuer), rather than GO bonds, (Build
America Bonds) taxable series 2009B-1; no series 2009B-2 bonds were sold.
