River Road Hotel Partners files for Chapter 11

Aug 18 (Reuters) - U.S. hotel operator River Road Hotel Partners LLC filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, court documents showed.

In a filing on Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the company listed estimated assets of up to $100 million and estimated liabilities of up to $500 million. (Reporting by S. John Tilak in Bangalore; Editing by Anshuman Daga)
