NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
Acacia Research Corporation (Nasdaq:ACTG) announced today that its subsidiary,
Optimum Processing Solutions LLC, has entered into a settlement agreement with
Texas Instruments Incorporated. This agreement resolves patent litigation, Civil
Action Case no. 1:09-cv-1098, that was pending in the United States District
Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
