Reliance Petroleum raises $144 mln via CP-sources

MUMBAI Aug 21 (Reuters) - Reliance Petroleum RPET.BO on Friday raised 7 billion rupees ($144 million) via three-month commercial paper, two sources with knowledge of the deal said on Friday.
The company, a unit of India's largest energy group, Reliance Industries Ltd (RELI.BO), sold the paper at a yield of 3.90 percent. ($1=48.6 Indian rupees) (Reporting by Jeanette Rodrigues; Editing by John Mair)
