AUSTRALIA CREDIT MOVES-Lambert named global head of debt at NAB
SYDNEY, Aug 26 (Reuters) - Steve Lambert is taking on a new role as global head of debt markets at National Australia Bank (NAB), the bank said.
The wholesale banking group combines debt capital markets origination and underwriting, structured investment product creation, credit portfolio analytics and synthetic credit risk distribution capabilities.
Lambert, who previously was NAB's head of distribution, will report to Peter Coad, head of global markets.
Jason Garrett, who is returning to Sydney from Hong Kong, will take the role of global head of institutional sales and market research at NAB. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
HSBC Bank said it has appointed Geoffrey Pidgeon as head of wholesale wealth management within its global investments business in Australia. Pidgeon will be responsible for the distribution of managed funds and structured products into the advisor market in Australia. Pidgeon came from Macquarie Funds Group where he was head of retail sales. (Reporting by Cecile Lefort)
