Bangchak cuts 2009 refining output target 3-4 pct
BANGKOK |
BANGKOK Aug 27 (Reuters) - Thai oil refiner Bangchak Petroleum PCL BCP.BK said on Thursday it had cut its 2009 refining output target to 89,000 barrels per day, down 3-4 percent from an earlier projected 92,000-93,000 bpd.
The revision was mainly because of a shutdown at its new hydrocracking unit, whose test runs were halted for maintenance in late May, Patiparn Sukorndhaman, senior executive vice president for accounting and finance, told reporters.
