  LONDON, Aug 27 (MARKET WIRE) -- 

LONDON, August 27, 2009 - Stolt-Nielsen S.A. (Oslo Bors: SNI) today
announced that it will publish the Company's financial results for the
third quarter of 2009, which ends on August 31, 2009, on October 6, 2009,
rather than the previously announced date of October 1,
2009.
