Sheets:BTDG) recently announced its Letter of Intent to acquire Mob Candy
Enterprises, Inc. and is taking a pro-active position and assisting Mob Candy in
the sales and marketing of its magazine, web site and gift items while both
companies work toward the closing of the acquisition.

The Mob Candy writers have created a series of six monthly episodes of the
"SOPRANOS" which will be viewed on the Mob Candy web site. The last 14 months of
