Inc. (Nasdaq: PPHM) today announced that it will release its financial results
for the first quarter of fiscal year 2010 on September 3, 2009 at 7:00 a.m.
EDT and will host a conference call and webcast to discuss the results at
11:30 a.m. EDT on the same day.

Peregrine's senior management will discuss financial results for the first
quarter ended July 31, 2009 and will review recent operating highlights. A
