Language Services Associates Announces Resignation of Executive Vice President, Gene Schriver

WILLOW GROVE, Pa.--(Business Wire)--
LSA (Language Services Associates) today announced the resignation of Gene
Schriver, Executive Vice President, effective August 20, 2009. Mr. Schriver, who
joined the company in 2000 as General Counsel, has resigned from his position in
order to pursue other interests.

Laura Schriver, President and CEO of LSA, said, "During his nine-year tenure,
Gene has significantly added to the growth and success of our company. He has

Mr. Schriver`s responsibilities, including product development and strategic

Mr. Schriver remains a shareholder in Language Services Associates, Inc. He is
