Citi's ThankYou Network Expands Entertainment Offerings to Include Rewards
from Fandango
Citi's ThankYou Network Members Can Now Use Their Points for Quick Access to
the Movies at Thousands of Theaters

NEW YORK, Aug. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Citi's ThankYou Network, one of the world's
largest loyalty programs with more than 13 million members, today announced
that it has again expanded its rewards collection by introducing electronic
movie gift certificates from Fandango, one of the Web's top movie and
entertainment destinations.

ThankYou Members can now use their rewards points for movie tickets available
through Fandango. With this new feature, members can easily redeem for $25 and
$50 e-certificates, which can be used immediately to get tickets online at
Fandango.com.

"This latest addition to our rewards experience offers another opportunity for
our members to enjoy entertainment at a great value," said Nancy Gordon,
executive vice president, Citi's ThankYou Network. "Members have told us in
research that they want inexpensive ways to treat themselves during a time of
economic challenges. Using points for a night out at the movies is an easy and
fun way to do that."

The electronic movie gift certificates from Fandango build on ThankYou
Network's ever-growing collection of millions of rewards, including a huge
selection of products with expedited shipping options, travel reservations
powered by Expedia, an impressive selection of gift cards, cash or credits to
their Citi credit cards statements, and Citi Pre-Paid cards. Citi's ThankYou
Members can even use their points to pay down mortgages and student loans from
any financial institution. They may also create customized rewards and redeem
for virtually anything with "Your Wish Fulfilled."

Since its inception in 2004, Citi's ThankYou Network has taken rewards
programs to the next level, allowing members to pool points from multiple
activities so they can earn and redeem points faster. Citi's ThankYou Members
can earn points from activities across a range of Citi businesses, such as
having a checking account and other every day banking products with Citibank,
or by using participating Citi credit cards or Morgan Stanley Smith Barney FMA
cards. ThankYou Members can also get points by booking eligible travel at
Expedia(R), or by shopping through the ThankYou Bonus Center, an online
shopping mall featuring more than 400 top retailers, restaurants and services.
