Anthony Clark - Financial results highlights for quarter ended June 30, 2009

ANTHONY CLARK INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE BROKERS LTD.(TSX Venture Exchange:ACL)
("Anthony Clark") today reported financial results for the quarter end June 30,
2009 as follows:

* Revenue increased from $3.9 million to $4.7 million (an increase of 21%).
* EBITDA increased from $531,000 to $961,000 (an increase of 80%)
* Net earnings of $6.1 million, compared to a net loss of $306,000
* EPS of $0.64 per share, compared to a $0.04 loss per share

Net earnings included one-time gains related to a discount on loans and sale of
additional minority interest in the Canadian subsidiary.
